A quick update on WBC membership
When I first started the Women’s Business Collective, it was specifically for women business owners. As the group has developed, I realized there are women who don’t own the company but still carry the same level of responsibility and leadership, and I didn’t want to exclude them simply because their name isn’t on the business.
So we’ve updated the qualifications. The Collective is now for women at the top of what they lead, whether they own the business or hold a senior leadership position within one.
This includes business owners and partners, franchise owners, 1099s, freelancers and consultants, executives and senior leaders, and managers responsible for an entire business, location, department, business unit, or major function.
It’s not about the title. It’s about the responsibility.
The goal is to bring together women who understand what it’s like to be the person others depend on and who are looking for genuine connection beyond the professional world.
