Everyone that has sent in your documents . . . I sincerely apologize for the delays but the Coronavirus preparations and precautions have taken a great deal of my time at work. I will be working to get a day off and get your taxes completed for you this week!

As soon as you have all your tax documents in your hand I can begin your 2019 tax filing process. The IRS will not accept returns until January 27, 2020.

This year there are no federal or DC holidays so deadline for standard filing is Wednesday, April 15, 2020.

Let me know if/when you’re ready and I can start processing your documents.

Tax season is underway and things are a little hectic this year. Unemployment was high this past year and most people forget that unemployment is not taxable to the State of California but it IS taxable to the federal government.
