You can now see sections of the new concrete walking deck being added as the pier makes its way farther out over the Atlantic.

🐢 What a cool morning surprise in Flagler Beach! 🏝

While out for our morning walk on the beach, we came across a sea turtle nest that had successfully hatched! 🐣💙

✨ It’s estimated that around 135 hatchlings made their journey from this nest to the Atlantic Ocean! 🏖

Also a huge thank you to the volunteers over at Flagler Turtle Patrol, who work tirelessly each nesting season to help protect these amazing animals and give hatchlings the best possible start. Their dedication makes a real difference for our local wildlife! Here’s to hoping these tiny turtles have a safe journey ahead! 🌊🐢

🌅We were out for our morning walk on Flagler Beach and came across this beautiful sea turtle heading back to the ocean after nesting. 🐢🏝

Pretty amazing way to start the day. 💙
