𝐊𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐚 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐊𝐚𝐮𝐚𝐢.

Based on site visits conducted on June 8 and July 10, 2026, sitework across the development is complete, framing is essentially finished across all 15 buildings, and roofing is nearing completion.

Certificates of Occupancy are also being issued as final County inspections are completed, while interior finish work continues across drywall, painting, cabinet installation, shelving, finish carpentry, and building systems.

The team continues to project substantial completion of the current project work by late Fall 2026, with remaining Certificates of Occupancy potentially issued by early 2027, subject to ongoing construction and permitting conditions.

A recent I-526E approval for an investor in the Waldorf Astoria Texas Hill Country project highlights how Self-Directed IRAs may play a role in certain EB-5 funding strategies.
In this case, the investor funded 100% of the EB-5 investment through a Self-Directed IRA account, demonstrating the flexibility that some investors are exploring when structuring their EB-5 capital.
