BEWARE! If you own an entity (i.e. LLC, corporation) that has to file an annual report with the Kentucky Secretary of State, don’t fall for this. The annual filing fee is $15.00 and the report is filed online. Anyone charging you more than $15 to file is not legitimate.

As most people have heard there are some new tax deductions this year! One of the most talked about is the deduction for overtime pay. What do we need from you to take advantage of this deduction, you ask? There is no requirement for employers to include the amount of qualified overtime on your W2...some will and some won't. In order to take advantage of this deduction please include the last 2025 pay stub you received for each job you worked with your tax information at drop off.
