As promised, this week's TOP PICKS online sale is chock full of "garage gear" - quite an assortment of garden tools, small electrical tools, misc. gadgets and gear, and a few extra surprises.

Please read the descriptions carefully - there are some items that must be picked up at the estate by appointment. The majority of what we have listed for tonight will be brought to my shop for pick up starting Thursday at noon, but larger or bulkier items must be picked up at the estate near Driftwood Shores. Our shop hours for pick-up are noon to 4pm, Tuesday through Saturday.

Once again, this is a buy-it-now sale, not a bid auction. You purchase items directly from my secure website by credit card, PayPal or Google Pay. There is no risk to you in purchasing an electrical item from my sale - everything has been tested. If you get it home and find it is not in working order, just let me know and I will return your purchase price in full once you bring it back.

We anticipate that we will be sweeping our way out of this estate within the week and moving our crews to a brand new project for next week's feature. As always, thank you for your continued enthusiasm and support - have fun shopping!

Hello to you! We had a great in-home sale last weekend in Florentine Estates with a terrific turnout - it was nice to see so many of you!

This Wednesday, 7/8, we will be launching our weekly TOP PICKS Buy-it-Now online sale promptly at 5:45pm. This week's offering is from a nice little estate out by Driftwood Shores that we're doing a downsizing sale on. We'll be conducting the sale in two parts, both online. We'll have a little bit of everything for you - tools, collectibles, odd 'n ends - lots of interesting and useful stuff!

As with all our TOP PICKS online sales, this will be a buy-it-now sale, it is not a bid auction. Pick up for smaller items will be at my shop starting on Thursday. Larger items must be picked up at the estate location, by appointment.

One of my favorite things to do in Copenhagen is visit resale shops that specialize in retro or vintage Danish designed furniture. A favorite is Klassik, which offers a curated gallery of tastefully displayed furnishings and decor that showcases the very best in Danish Modern design works.

The trestle chair is a classic. Designed in 1952 by
Poul Kjaerholm and Jørgen Høj for Thorald Madsens, it is simply constructed in teak and flag halyard.

Originally designed for the 1952 Copenhagen Cabinetmaker's Guild Exhibition for Thorald Madsen's Snedkeri booth. Currently retailing for about $11,000 USD.

The Flag Halyard lounge chair, made of enameled and matte chrome-plated steel and flagline, was designed by Hans J. Wegner. Circa 1950. If you are lucky enough to find one of these at auction, expect to pay $10-12,000 USD.

I absolutely loved the 1930's PH baby grand piano by Poul Henningsen, handcrafted in cognac walnut and lacquered ebony. I have never seen one in person so this was a treat for me. These currently sell for $135-245k USD.

The beauty of Danish design is that it is timeless. While all of these pieces are over 50 years old, they are still very much on trend.

Our next in-home sale is July 3 and 4 in Florentine Estates. Its a large estate with LOTS of great stuff - photos will go out early next week.
