🚨Hey Clients and Future Clients this message is if you have this WMR STATUS 👇🏾 your refund status is saying still processing. To get past this you may need to ID VERIFY. You may or may not receive a letter so we wanted to provide you with the steps just in case this is the delay in your refund date! If you haven’t already setup a ID.ME account at https://api.id.me/en/registration/new

You will need 2 forms of identification your DRIVERS LICENSE OR STATE ID AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD. If you aren’t able to verify please select the video call option they will connect you with an agent to verify your identity.

Then you will need to go to
http://Www.Idverify.irs.gov to ID VERIFY WITH THE IRS
You will need a copy of your 2022 return there is one in the portal where you signed your documents. You will need to know
LINE 11 YOUR AGI
LINE 35A YOUR REFUND AMOUNT
LINE 35D LAST 4 OF ACCOUNT NUMBER ON YOUR TAX RETURN
‼️‼️Unless you paid fees upfront the account numbers will be a SANTA BARBARA BANK NUMBER USED TO DEDUCT YOUR ADVANCE AND TAX PREP FEES‼️‼️

If you have already filed your taxes and you claim EIC or CTC credits on your tax return, then your return won't be processed until mid/late February. It's too early to check the "Where's My Refund" tool for EIC and CTC filers.

This tool also has many glitches due to the amount of people trying to check on their refund status all at once. The best way to track the status of your refund is to go on the irs.gov site Select Get Your Tax Record then Select Get Transcript Online, Log In, Select Federal Tax and skip the Customer File Number and This Is What You Will Select To See Your Transcript 👇🏾Once you see code 846 on your tax transcript, this means your refund will be deposited on the corresponding date listed next to that code.

I hope this helps! Where's my refund is not always reliable or accurate.
