If you’ve been claiming EXEMPT all year just to make your paycheck look cute… please come down from there. 😂

That extra money feels good on payday, but tax season might pull up asking, “So where’s MY money?” 👀💸

Check your pay stub. If no federal income tax is coming out, review your W-4 with your employer now. Claiming exempt is only for people who had no federal income tax liability last year and expect none this year.

Don’t wait until filing season to meet a bill you weren’t expecting! 💙💛

Tax season may be over for some, but over here at Tax & Tame by Lyons, the work AND the checks are still moving! 😮‍💨💸

One of the blessings of being a tax professional is building a business where clients value your expertise enough to pay your fees even in the OFF-SEASON. 🙌🏽 Checks are still being released, clients are still being serviced, and Tax & Tame is STILL working! 💙💛

But what I’m most proud of is that I don’t just collect fees, I continuously invest in KNOWLEDGE. 📚
