Sofia joined our team as a Recruiting Coordinator in October 2025 and has done an exceptional job making an impact in her role. Her dedication, work ethic, and passion for recruiting have made her a tremendous asset to our team. In her new position, Sofia will partner with Brittany Hall to expand our presence on local college campuses and continue growing our internship program across the South Florida Group. We’re incredibly proud to be part of an organization that believes in making a difference beyond the office and investing in the communities we serve.

Recently, our Aventura office came together to pack 200 lunches for Branches. These lunches are delivered to students who attended Branches’ summer camp, helping ensure they have access to a nutritious meal while continuing to receive support beyond their time at camp.

Branches is doing incredible work to empower families in our community through education, financial assets, and hope, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to play a small part in that mission. Community involvement isn’t just something we talk about; it’s something we believe in and put into action. We’re proud of our Aventura team for coming together to give back and make an impact.

What an incredible opportunity to connect, inspire, and empower one another while making a lasting impact on women in the financial industry. Our 3rd Annual Women’s Summit was filled with meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and reminders of the strength that comes from supporting one another.

We are especially grateful to have had Joanna Marker and Peggy McCarther Havenar from the Home Office join us. Their leadership, insight, and guidance inspire us to continue growing, leading, and making our own mark in this career. We are so fortunate to learn from women who continue to pave the way for others.

A special thank you to Managing Partner Kevin Lawhon and our Managing Directors for recognizing the importance of creating opportunities for teammates to connect, not only as professionals, but as people. Events like this, and especially opportunities designed specifically for women, create space for connection, mentorship, encouragement, and community. Having a leadership team that supports and invests in these experiences makes our agency stronger and is a true reflection of the culture we strive to build every day. It’s no surprise that we’ve been voted a Top Workplace for another year!
