I wanna share with you all why it’s extremely important to comply with your loan officer when applying for a mortgage.

1. We are in a VERY COMPETITIVE MARKET which means HOMES ARE NOT LASTING LONG ON THE MARKET.

2. Do understand when you haven’t submitted all documents required to be approved for a mortgage your file will be archived which then delays the process of going home shopping.

3. Sometimes a loan officer will give you their professional opinion as to what you may; key word MAY, qualify for. In this case you still have no leverage to make a solid offer on a house you’ve had your eyes on.

4. Your realtor and loan officer wishes for you not to be discouraged if you’re looking for a home without a pre-approval.

Let’s work together and get those required documentation in ASAP so you can go home shopping and WASTE NO TIME! 🏠🏡🏘🏚
