We are a well-established local CPA firm in desirable Fort Myers, Florida with 10 team members. We are looking for an experienced service oriented CPA to join our team. We offer a friendly and non-competitive work environment that is focused on client service as our focal point for decision making.

The candidate must be able to provide tax consulting, planning, compliance and accounting services to business and individual clients, manage staff, provide staff training and feedback in a timely manner. Manage engagements and project workflow. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships.

We expect the candidate to have the following qualifications:
• CPA with over 5 years of recent public accounting experience with a concentration in the preparation of personal, corporate and fiduciary tax returns, planning and some financial statement preparation.
• Understand professional standards and applicable legal and regulatory requirements along with the firm’s policies and procedures.
• Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to effectively and independently manage a client book of business.
• Maintain positive client relations and deliver consistent client communication and service with confidentiality.
• Be able to present conclusions and recommendations to management.

Bookkeeping Job Description:
We are a Tax Accounting Firm that is looking for a bookkeeping specialist. The candidate must have significant computer experience, as we are a paperless office and technology is a high priority. The applicant should have excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
We need a technically proficient candidate who has experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QBO and who loves to continue learning and helping keep our client’s financial records current.
Qualifications:
• Experienced Bookkeeper
