One of the Realtors that refers me her business once said that she does that because I treat "millionaires the same way that I do people who are making minimum wage!" I believe that everybody should be treated equally in the process. I find that having a background in accounting and my previous work history with a builder/developer helps me to fit my clients into a program that works best for them, rather than just being a data entry clerk and quoting a rate for any program that may or may not work.
