Three years ago, our family business was in need of office support. My husband runs a microscopy company, and our profits mainly come from outside sales. The more time he spent on tasks like tracking expenses, invoicing, and managing sales tax, the less time he had for customer interactions and closing sales. Fortunately, I stepped in as Office Manager and full-time Bookkeeper, allowing him to focus on essential business decisions and, most importantly, increasing revenue!
