It is with sadness that we share the passing of Fred Gage, a founding member of Baden Gage & Schroeder, on November 20, 2025, at the age of 95.

Fred’s remarkable life and career left an indelible mark on our firm and the accounting profession. He embodied excellence and integrity in his leadership roles at Baden, with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Indiana CPA Society, where he served as president from 1987 to 1988. He also devoted his time to organizations such as Junior Achievement and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

We are grateful for the foundation Fred helped build at our firm and the example he set for all of us. Our thoughts are with his family during this time.
