‼️Attention WV residents ‼️ : Please make sure you bring Form MV-1 to your tax appointment which discloses your personal property taxes paid in 2025. If you have not received the form in the mail, you can go to the following webpage and enter your details to print the form. https://mytaxes.wvtax.gov , under Motor Vehicle and Senior Citizen Property Tax Credits, select "request another motor vehicle property tax letter"

You will need the following information to obtain your form:
*your property tax ticket number, which can be found at the following website http://pendleton.softwaresystems.com/index.html
*your drivers license number
*your social security number

You MUST supply this form to receive proper credit on your WV income tax return. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Due to the number of appointments scheduled, and so that I am able to better serve all of my clients, I will not be posting walk-in hours for the month of March. However, I will be extending my office hours to better accommodate the increased appointments! You are welcome to drop your documents off. If I am not home, I have a locked drop box mounted next to the front door (under surveillance, so your documents are secure). Additionally, you can securely email your documents to me at [email protected]. Please feel free to send/leave your documents, along with your phone number, and I will call you when complete. Please reach our to make an appointment! 49 days left to file (extensions must also be filed by 4/15)!

‼️Reminder : make sure to bring your property tax receipts to your appointment this year‼️

Additionally, FYI only - I had a client last night that ran their figures on turbo tax to determine their refund. After her appointment, she stated that the turbo tax refund amount was over $3,000 less than I had calculated. Please keep this in mind when preparing your own taxes, and be sure to double check your numbers and verify the softwares calculations! 😊
