AI-powered tools can sort data in seconds, but when it comes to client planning, does speed trump insight?
I’ve seen more platforms tout “AI-driven everything” than I can count, but most clients still want a real person on the other end of the phone—especially when life gets complicated.
So, here’s the question for fellow advisers:
How comfortable are you really with the rise of AI in financial advice?
Do you trust the algorithms, or do you still believe there’s no substitute for the human touch (especially when a client’s future is on the line)?
Do you prefer to use AI to help manage your business operations?
Are you going all-in on automation, or keeping technology in its place as a tool, not a replacement?
We’d love to hear what’s working—and what isn’t—in your own practice.
