Blair C. Diaz, CPA, PC is a family-friendly accounting firm dedicated to serving small businesses, nonprofits, and individuals with personalized, high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services.

We’re looking for an experienced Tax Accountant to join our dynamic team. If you’ve worked at least 2–3 tax seasons in a public accounting firm, enjoy client interaction, and have strong technical tax skills, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
✔️ Prepare individual & business tax returns
✔️ Collaborate directly with clients on tax planning & support
✔️ Provide bookkeeping and QuickBooks cleanup for business clients
✔️ Meet with clients to review completed returns and answer questions

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 2–3+ tax seasons of experience in public accounting
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in accounting
🔹 Experience with UltraTax, QuickBooks, Practice CS (preferred)
🔹 Strong communication & attention to detail
🔹 CPA or EA license (preferred)

📍 Location: Gainesville, GA (in-person/remote flexibility available)

The Oak Society is a program created by the North Georgia Community Foundation that was launched earlier this year with the purpose of engaging the next generation of Hall County in philanthropy. The Oak Society brings together individuals passionate about philanthropy, combining their resources to make a meaningful impact in our community. The goal is to combine each group member’s individual contributions to make a larger, more meaningful grant that can affect positive change within our community. Chelsea Sullivan is one of the original 25 founding members of the Oak Society and currently serves on the program’s advisory committee.
