With hurricane season upon us, please make sure you and your family are prepared for if anything happens. If you are a homeowner, please look over your home insurance coverage to make sure you are covered properly. If you need to, shop around with other insurance companies and compare prices so that you can make sure you are getting your monies worth.

It's also a good idea to sit down with your family and come up with an emergency plan for evacuation and stock up on emergency supplies such as water, food, and a first-aid kit. It's better to have a plan in place and supplies than to be without one if an emergency situation arises.
