Opportunity available! Local insurance agency searching for an Agency Contact Representative to join our team in Galesburg, IL. This role is the primary point of contact for our valued clients and prospects, and is responsible for handling the following tasks:
Answering phone calls and emails
Processing payments
Scheduling appointments
Data entry
Claim reporting
Day to day servicing of insurance clientele
We are looking for a courteous, professional and dependable communicator. Detail oriented with excellent listening, verbal, and computer proficiency is a must. Must live within 10 miles of Galesburg, IL. Willingness to obtain property and casualty insurance license.
