Early this week we sent an informational message out reminding clients of the upcoming BOI filing deadline. On Tuesday, Dec. 3rd, The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas issued a nationwide preliminary injunction suspending (temporarily) the government's enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and its Implementing Regulations. If you have any questions regarding how this affects your requirement to file a BOI report, we recommend contacting your attorney.
