Before a promotion, a role change or a move to a new company, I give every executive I work with the same advice: Don't lead with salary.

Instead:
→ What incentive and benefit programs does this organization actually offer?
→ Which of them could raise your real, after-tax value, not just your gross pay?

After years as a pediatrician, Dr. K realized that caring for children didn’t have to end with retirement. It just had to look a little different. ❤️

Seeing neighbors without proper winter gear, he started a coat drive with flyers in 100 mailboxes and a collection box on his front porch. Then he partnered with Grace Lutheran School around a bold goal: if 250 students each found a few extra coats, the community could collect more than 1,000 items for neighbors in need.

“I have always believed that one person can make a difference.”

This year marks Dr. K’s third annual coat drive, and our team is proud to support it. Every donation goes to Lutheran Counseling & Family Services of Wisconsin to help local families stay warm this winter. 🧥

Want to help? Bring new or gently used coats, hats, gloves and scarves to our Germantown office through December 2.
