Our Watercross®️ Sotol Cristalino has been recognized this year with a “gold” award by the John Barleycorn International Awards. This is an authentic Chihuahuan Sotol, wild harvested in the Sierra, cooked over mesquite embers, naturally fermented and distilled in a copper pot. Charcoal filtered. 92 proof.
