And tax season for year 2024 is done!

Many awesome things happened this year, we grew by 79 clients, my son came to work for Ni-Co to learn taxes and accounting, we move into a bigger office on May 1st and my amazing husband took care of everything else in our lives as well as kept me fed healthy meals every night!

All of us are ready for a week off to rest, clear our minds and hit the ground running on the new bookkeeping clients we took on as well! Overall, great season!

I have a C Corp that has decided he wants to be a S Corp. I have never done this with a client before so would someone mind helping me with some questions.

My client is a single owner of a wood custom shelving company. He has no shareholders
He is paid on W2
He opened the C Corp in 2019
The assets he has under the C Corp will last another 5 years

I am not sure what else I am missing, or the steps to change him to a S Corp if that is possible? I have researched for a couple of days now and find I am just confusing myself at this point. lol

If you filed with a dependent on your Arizona taxes in 2021 and were a full time resident in Arizona, you will need to report that money on your 2023 taxes.

Go to:
www.aztaxes.gov then look under Individuals and then View My 1099 form.
