Sorry that I haven’t posted in a couple of day. I was under the weather.

Speaking of under the weather, I was going to post the IRS contingency plan for the government shutdown. But it is 162 pages long😮 Let that sink in people! Why don’t we settle this and get back to America’s business? End of rant.

Happy Thursday! (Day of the Dead)

Sorry that I haven’t posted in a couple of day. I’ve been under the weather. Speaking of not feeling good, I was going to post the IRS contingency plan. I decided against it since it is 162 pages long. Let that soak in, people! Let’s end this government shutdown and get down to America’s business!!!

Today, enjoy some Halloween one-liners:

🎃Don’t stand behind the devil at a tax
office. He’ll take many forms! 🎃

🎃 I’m dressing as a tax audit for
Halloween. It’s the only thing that’s
more frightening than haunted
house! 🎃

🎃 My tax returns are like a ghost story.
They’re coming back to haunt me!🎃

It’s been a few days, but here’s some Cindyisms…

*Why did the taxpayer bring a ladder to the library?

😂Because they wanted to file their taxes under “high-income
bracket.”😂

😂Why did the accountant break up with the tax attorney? 😂

*They couldn’t come to a common deduction.

*What do you call a tax collector who lives at the beach?

😂A sandy claus!😂

It’s a beautiful Tuesday afternoon. Here are my Cindyisms…1. “The hardest thing in the world is to understand the income...

It’s a beautiful Tuesday afternoon. Here are my Cindyisms…

1. “The hardest thing in the world is to understand the income tax.” — Albert Einstein

2. “Today, it takes more brains and effort to make out the income-tax form than it does to make the income” — fictitious character in Mad magazine Alfred E. Neuman

3. “You don’t pay taxes — they take taxes.” — comedian Chris Rock

Have a great day!!!

Happy Monday! A bit late today, but here’s today’s Cindyisms…

*Why did the taxpayer cross
the road?

😂To avoid the IRS!😂

*Why was the math book sad during
tax season?

😂Because it had too many
problems😂

*They say that two things in life
are unavoidable: death and
taxes.

😂I haven’t decided which is
worse.😂

DO YOU HAVE ANY JOKES, ETC. FOR ME??? Pass them along.

Happy Friday!

Today’s Cindyisms:

*How do you teach kids about taxes?

😂Eat 35% of their pizza😂

*Have you heard about the new tax on balloons?

😂They are taxing them to new heights😂

*Why are Sherlock Holmes’ taxes so low?

😂Because he’s a master of deductions 😂

The IRS Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) has lost up to 19 percent of their workforce, with more than 11,000 employees leaving aving through resignations, retirements and terminations. The agency has a Zero Paper Initiative, designed to automate paper return processing, has also been delayed.

TIGTA warns that everyone may face slower response times, increased backlogs and reduced access to customer support. E-filing should be encouraged and taxpayers need to prepare for longer IRS processing times in 2026.
