We are pleased to welcome Michelle Powers, CPA to Crowley Associates!

Michelle joined Crowley Associates in 2025 after spending more than 30 years serving the local community as a CPA specializing in tax. She has worked extensively with business owners to streamline tax processes and maximize their tax situation. She also enjoys working with individual clients, many of whom she has assisted for years. She is a graduate of Siena College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Michelle is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as the New York State Society of CPAs.

Happy Monday everyone! The sun is shining, and warm spring weather is here (at least temporarily). With that, just a reminder that this is the busiest time of year here in our small, family-operated office. We ask for patience and respect as we work diligently to return every message and email while also working hard to get through every return we have to do. As we inch closer to 2025 and the next tax season, we're pleased to announce some exciting changes happening at Michael Crowley, CPA!

As many of you know, our firm is a locally-owned, veteran-operated, and family-run business. That last part has been very important to us, with many family members working with the firm and all of the employees and interns who have become family over the years.

To better reflect the evolution of our firm and be inclusive of the true family business it has become, we are excited to announce that we will be rebranding as Crowley Associates!

Mike started this business over 30 years ago and continues to work hard to operate a firm that provides valuable and necessary services in a modern world. While a rebrand is a big deal to us, it does not mean anything else will change: we still provide the same professional product our clients are used to with the same staff (including Mike) and same location. All contact information is the same.

That said, we have developed a new, more user-friendly website! Please visit us at https://www.crowleyassoc.com/ and be on the lookout for branding changes to our Facebook and office spaces soon!
