Effective immediately, all tax preparation fees must be paid upfront before your tax return is submitted. We will no longer accept payment after tax submission.

This change helps ensure that our payment is not delayed for professional services that have already been completed. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued trust in TDJ TaxWorks Solutions.

⚠️ Temporary System Outage Notice ⚠️

We want to let our clients know that TaxWise Online, the software we use to prepare and file tax returns, has been experiencing a system-wide outage since around 8:00 AM this morning. Because of this, we are currently unable to access the program to file or process tax returns.

This issue is not specific to TDJ Taxworks Solutions
and is affecting users across the platform. We are monitoring the situation closely and will resume filing returns as soon as the system is back up and running.

If you have dropped off documents or are waiting on a return to be filed, please know your return is still in line and will be processed as soon as access is restored.

Thank you for your patience while the provider works to resolve the issue. We’ll post an update as soon as we have one.
