If you use Microsoft for your business, check your account security! My account was hacked and they changed my email AND password, so I had no access. Thankfully GoDaddy was able to log me out of all devices and help me reset everything. Change your password and turn on two-step verification if you haven’t already. Getting locked out of your business email is NOT the headache you want. 😩

One thing I don’t play about is documentation. Who can’t throw a few questions on an intake form? I wanted every question to have a purpose from an IRS standpoint.

The goal was to build an intake process that helps document the conversation, not just collect information. That’s what I created.
