Today, we’re celebrating the hardworking people, families, and small businesses that make our community such a wonderful place to call home. We’re thankful every day for the opportunity to work alongside so many hardworking business owners and families, and we truly appreciate the trust you place in us.

We hope this Labor Day gives you a chance to slow down, enjoy some time with the people you love, and take a well-deserved break.

Holiday Hours: Our office will be closed Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day. We’ll be back and ready to serve you on Tuesday!

Friendly reminder: We are still on our non-tax-season schedule, so our office is closed on Fridays.

A Quick Tax Update from Our Office:

One of the things we enjoy most about serving our community is helping our clients stay informed—not just during tax season, but all year long.

The IRS has increased the standard mileage rates for expenses incurred on or after July 1, 2026:

• Business: 76¢ per mile (previously 72.5¢)
• Medical & Qualified Moving: 23.5¢ per mile (previously 20.5¢)

If you own a business, are self-employed, or regularly drive for your business, this update may affect your deductions.

As always, we're here to help answer questions and make navigating tax changes a little less overwhelming. Thank you for trusting our small business to serve you and your family. We truly appreciate your support!

Happy 250th Independence Day!

This year marks a special milestone as we celebrate 250 years of our nation’s history. We are grateful for our community and for the continued support of our small business.
