I am making this post with a sincere heart. ♥️ I do not mean to upset anyone. However, I think because I’m so nice people has taken my kindness for Weakness. It’s partially my fault for allowing it to go on for so long. Please understand, I own a business. I have certain things set in place to try to operate in a way to meet the needs of my clients and be successful. It’s so true that you HAVE to start out how you want to hold out. Because of Covid-19, our office schedule appointments for all services we office so that we do not too many people in the building at one time. Our new guidelines are, If you are a prior customer, you are allowed to make an appointment without making a deposit. If you are a new client you are required to make a deposit before scheduling your appointment. If you are an existing client and do not show up for your appointment you will be required to pay a deposit whenever you like to reschedule your appointment. PERIOD!
Appointments are necessary. In the past, my clients have been free to pop up at my office without an appointment. Please make sure you call our office to see if we are available to assist you when you drive up.
I appreciate all of my clients. You all have been very faithful. However, I’m asking that existing, new, and future clients please be ready to pay for your services on the day of your appointment. We can work with you, but please try to make an effort to have your money on the day of your appointment.
I apologize if I’ve upset anyone but things have really gotten out of hand. Enough is enough.
