We get it, life is crazy and busy! Quick note on upcoming deadlines:

1) Business Tax Returns (S Corps & Partnerships) are due by March 15, 2023. If you have not already provided ALL the required documentation, we will need to file an extension on your behalf. Please reach out to our office to get this done.

2) Individual Tax Returns are due by April 18, 2023. If we do not receive ALL required documentation by March 20, 2023, we cannot guarantee that your return will be completed for the April deadline.

If you know that you will need an extension, please follow up with our office ASAP. Taxpayers that are receiving a refund are NOT required to file an extension.

An extension provides extra time to file, it DOES NOT provide extra time to pay. Penalties and interest begin to accrue as of 4.18.23.
Finally, if you no longer require tax services, please let us know immediately so we can update our records and provide services to those on our waiting list.

We are growing! Looking for a part-time admin/bookkeeper. Approximately 20 hours per week. LOTS of flexibility. This position would be a combination of work from home and in office. (Office is located at 135/Smith Valley Rd in the Greenwood Office Suites) QuickBooks Online and Excel experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual. Please make sure you know EXACTLY what was received in 2021 for the following two items. It these items do not match what the IRS has on file, it could delay your return. The current delays are 6 MONTHS or MORE!

Economic Stimulus Check - (this was the 3rd stimulus check that was issued) The amount was
$1400 per individual and qualifying dependent) The bank detail typically shows a deposit from IRS Treasury 310.

Early Child Tax Credit – This was received beginning in July 2021 for qualifying dependents. The IRS issued Tax Letter 6419 which will show the exact amount received.

If you are not able to locate these amounts, you can create an IRS account with the following link. This will allow you to view everything that was issued by the IRS in 2021.
