The deadline for filing Form 1040 individual tax returns is May 17, 2021. Extensions forms may be filed to extend the due date until October 15, however, that does not extend the time to pay any tax due. Extensions and payments must also be filed by the May 17 deadline to be considered timely.

We are no longer processing PPP loans. For our customers who have been funded or still in the process of being funded, we will continue to assist you during our regular business hours. Even though, we aren’t offering the service, banks and private lenders are still accepting applications until May 31st. If you filed a Schedule C on your 2019 tax return and had or have an open and active bank account at a traditional bank in Feb 2020, you may qualify for funding. As of April 1, 2021, SBK GRENADA is now open by appointment ONLY! You can call our office or visit our website to book an appointment. If you have checks available for pickup, a representative from our office will contact you to make arrangements for pickup.

If you need additional copies of your return, there is a $25 fee. You MUST email your inquiry to [email protected]. Please include your name and contact info with the email.

Are you getting this message when you check the status of your return?

It does not mean anything is wrong with you return. This message is just to let you know your return is still processing. The bars usually disappear when your return has been processing past your 21 day wait. If you have not received a letter from the IRS concerning your return processing, then you have nothing to worry about it you see this message when you check your status.

IRS Refund processing times are rarely longer than usual this tax season due to short staff, new tax law updates, and verifications. If you know you used the LOOKBACK CREDIT or claimed the Recovery Rebate on your return, you should expect processing delays on your refund.
