Triggers! We all got them.
It's that thing you hear or see that causes you to react in a way that may be irrational or inappropriate. Usually due to traumatic situations you've experienced.
It's Post Traumatic Stress at it's core. However, if we don't watch ourselves, we can destroy situations that can easily be handled by helping someone understand us.
Also a conversation between my daughter and I about how poverty inspired me to act harsh about food she wasted.

Also, I’m talking about how sometimes if you’ve been alone for a long time, you can actually become dependent or what I call....institutionalized by that “loneliness” and it may cause you from being able to open up to someone you want to be with. Thus, sabotaging your potential relationship.
