I know some of you have asked. The calendar is up and available!!! For the month of January I will be booking Consultations, Fincen, and Fasfa. February 1st I will start booking for taxes. There are a lot of new tax laws going into effect. Including one that is still waiting on judgement due into congress on 1/29 which is why tax season doesn't start till then. I will not start filing taxes till 2/1 due to new tax laws taking into effect 1/1/2024 for all businesses (not direct sales businesses or sole proprietors) but all LLC and Corporations that need filing by 3/1 but hoping I can get everyone that I have completed by 1/31. Tax mailings are going out today so please be on the lookout. If you are a business and would like to do your own filing please go to fincen.gov

It's getting real! Just downloaded 2023 tax software🤭. But I'm still not ready 😒. My desk is full and my email has some stuff that needs my attention nevermind my business phone. I haven't answered my phone since August because I'm still behind. I'm getting there but still behind. 2023 has proven to be my toughest year since 2006 and the countdown is running out. Great news! I have completed all tax returns. If you have not been contacted, then your taxes have been filed and accepted. I am going to be taking the week to put together everyone's paperwork, mailing, and billing. For everyone that I have an email for you will receive your bill online. So, if you get one with your paperwork and you have already paid online just disregard!

I want to thank everyone for their continued patience. I appreciate it greatly.

This is a Public Service Announcement: All of my mail boxes are full. I have had my head down and I am trying to complete everything that I have on my desk by deadlines. I have not been answering back because it takes time off my focus and then I go down another rabbit hole of other things equally important that need to be done.
2023 has been a s**t year and all I can do is apologize for those of you that had your taxes to me on time and they are still not complete. For some of you that has been since January 2023. This has been the medical year from hell for myself and my whole family and most not even pertaining to my disease. Again, all I can do is apologize and state that this is NOT the norm at all.
So below you will find my hard deadlines as I am again, working very diligently to complete these quickly and efficiently.
Anyone with an S-Corp or LLC will be completed today. 9/14/23
Personal taxes will be completed by 9/22/23
Mailing, billing, and PDF copies will be send out 9/25/23 and should be received by no later than 9/29/23.
Anyone that has an extension with me that does not have their paperwork to me will have some sort of communication; email, text, call by 10/1/23.

Many clients are looking for amended refund status. When I said it could take as long as Christmas, I meant it. And I didn't say what year!!! No really. I am in the office FULL TIME AGAIN!!!! I will be going over emails, texts, messages and phone calls over the next week. 7/6-7/13 Please be patient as I go through this. If you are contacting me about a refund or amendment from 2018-2021. Please understand when I said Christmas, I really meant it. As soon as I file anything paper, It is really out of my hands. I still have around 80 tax returns from this year so if you are looking for a response from that, know that I am starting full strong on those. I will be starting with businesses first then personal.

In the month of June, I was in my office for around 24 hours total. I had chemotherapy, 3 mouth surgeries and have been dealing with an unknown blood problem with my daughter. I finally took a full family vacation at the end of May and it was more then we could have ever imagined and helped us all pull through for the month of June. I tell you this not out of pity or wanting you to know my business, but I am one person. I don't get to take care of myself or my family and have someone else run my business or take over while I NEED FMLA.
What happens is, I take time and from the outside it looks like I have fallen off the face of the earth. I have left companies, people, finances, and quite frankly money on the table for the IRS and DOR to play with for a little longer. From the outside it looks like I don't care, and I care more than most of you know. I know what is pressing.

Again, I see you, hear you and I am now well enough to do something about it. I am opening up my calendar for zooms and appointments so if you would like to come in, or just see where things are please feel free to set up an appointment.
