I am a small tax preparation business that began in June of 2009 after spending 2004-2008 in a tax prep partnership. I have an AAS in Accounting Technology earned in 1995. I have been an Enrolled Agent since 2011 and currently employ 1 other Degreed and experienced Accountant. We provide annual tax return preparation for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. In addition we handle the genera

l accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll services for many small businesses. We have approximately 250 clients that do business with us. I am a member of the Minnesota Society of Enrolled Agents as well as the National Association of Enrolled Agents.
