Since the increase of online exchange of documents since COVID our office has seen a pattern of "non payment at signing".
Invoices have always said due upon receipt.
The front office has the goal this year to be transparent of our desire to adjust our business practice back to "payment due upon completion."

This is an annual federally run occurrence to prepare for the next tax year and will be available again some time in January.
