Even if you’re not required to file, you could be leaving money on the table. Refunds expire after 3 years. If you don’t claim it, the government keeps it.

Don’t ignore your EIN letter. Present this to your tax professional. It tells the IRS how your business is expected to file. A mistaken form can mean rework, penalties, and headaches during tax season.

Let's break the myth that making more money makes you worse off because of taxes.

Making more money is almost always beneficial. Only the additional income is taxed at higher rates, while your lower-bracket income keeps its original, lower tax rates.

With a small business, you’re taxed only on what’s left after expenses.
