At the end of September, Clearwater team members Conor Durkin and Carter King attended Refuge for Women’s 10th Anniversary Gala, celebrating a decade of creating pathways toward healing, freedom, and a brighter future for survivors of trafficking and exploitation.

The evening centered on impact, community, and hope. Together, attendees helped raise nearly $120,000 to support Refuge for Women’s mission and the women they serve.

We’re grateful to have been part of such a meaningful evening and to support an organization making a lasting difference in others' lives.

Last week, the Clearwater team brought a little friendly competition to the office with the inaugural Clearwater Cup! ⛳️

Inspired by the Presidents Cup, teams worked together to design and build their own mini golf courses, each with a unique theme and plenty of creativity. Then, it was time to put the courses to the test during happy hour!

From course design to the final putt, it was a great way to celebrate the team, enjoy friendly competition, and have some fun together outside the day-to-day.

A big thank you to everyone who brought their creativity and competitive spirit to the Clearwater Cup!

Recently, we had the privilege of welcoming the Naval War College Foundation and U.S. Naval War College Provost Dr. Michael O’Hara to Chicago for an afternoon of thoughtful conversation and connection.

Hosted alongside NWCF Regional Director and Trustee Emeritus Kevin Rochford, the discussion explored the role of wargaming in preparing leaders to navigate complexity, challenge assumptions, and make informed decisions in an increasingly dynamic world.

Drawing on his experience as Chair of the Wargaming Department and Dean of the Center for Naval Warfare Studies, Dr. O’Hara offered a fascinating perspective on how wargaming helps leaders test ideas, explore complex challenges, and prepare for what comes next.

We are grateful to Kevin Rochford, Dr. O’Hara, the Naval War College Foundation, and everyone who joined in Chicago for an engaging afternoon.
