If you have left me a voicemail on my office cellphone and I have not responded, I am working on trying to recover those voicemails!! I can see phone numbers, but cannot access the messages!! I am just now finding out that these old messages even exist!!

Just a reminder that if you claim child tax credits or earned income credit, your refund will be delayed as your credits are looked into.

If you claimed the Earned Income Tax Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit and are wondering where your refund is, don’t panic. You can expect to get your refund by March 3 if:

• You filed your return online
• You chose to get your refund by direct deposit
• We found no issues with your return
