Eastman executives often have a significant chunk of their net worth tied up in company stock. That concentration feels comfortable because you know the business well. But knowing the company and being properly diversified are two different things. There are ways to reduce that exposure gradually, with tax consequences in mind, without triggering a huge bill in one year.
