Reyes Income Tax and Bookkeeping is looking for a friendly and reliable office receptionist to join our team!

Duties include:

📞 Answering phones
📂 Filing & organizing
👋 Greeting clients

Requirements:

✅ Fluent in English & Spanish
✅ Strong communication & customer service skills
✅ Organized, dependable, and professional
✅ Able to multitask in a busy office

Schedule:

🕘 Mon–Fri: 9:00–5:30 (½-hour lunch)

🗓 Some Saturdays: 9:00–1:00

📍 Location: 236 Lyman St., 2nd Floor, Holyoke, MA

Hourly Range: $16.00-$18.00 depending on experience
