You set intentions in January. Life adjusted them by March. By June, some of those original goals are still holding, and some of them quietly stopped fitting the life you are actually living.

That is not a failure. That is just what a year does.

July is when I sit down with clients and ask the honest question. Not whether the numbers are good, but whether the direction still makes sense. A plan that made perfect sense at the start of the year can be working exactly as designed and still need updating.

Introducing a meaningful addition to the Master Plan Investment Group team.

Kate Sussman joins us as a Retirement and Financial Planning Specialist, bringing a background spanning financial services, operations, client experience, and community leadership. Her role is to support the planning process from the inside out: organizing information, coordinating client workflows, and ensuring that the people we serve feel confident and informed at every touchpoint.

Kate holds her FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, carries experience from her time at Fidelity Investments, and holds credentials including NAIFA Financial Security Advocate, Certified Professional Life Coach, and Certified ScrumMaster. She is currently completing her MBA.

What I appreciate most about Kate is that she understands planning is not just technical. It is relational. And she shows up that way.
