We are hiring!

Maple City Financial Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Hornell, NY. This on-site role is central to keeping our office operations running smoothly and ensuring our clients and staff receive the highest level of support.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing friendly and professional service.
• Manage office communications including phones, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies.
• Support daily operations including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.
• Assist financial services staff with administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with clients.
• Help service client needs.
• Update and edit client information per request.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Ensure the office environment is clean, orderly, and efficient.

Starting Base Salary Range: $39,000 - $57,000
