Today marks three months since I made the move to Black Sheep Financial.
Here are three things I’ve learned:
- Independence was worth it.
Having the freedom to build a business around the way I believe people should be served has been incredibly rewarding.
- Building a business takes patience.
Not everything happens overnight. Progress is often quieter and slower than expected—but it’s still progress.
Relationships matter most.
- The encouragement, trust, referrals, and support from clients, friends, family, and this community have meant more than I can say.
Three months in, I’m more confident than ever that this was the right move.
