I was helping my brother James in his business communications class this fall while he was away at college, and one of the biggest things we worked on together was building a business on biblical values like honesty, service, and stewardship, not just numbers and profits.
Today, on the first day of tax season, I find myself missing my Mommom more than ever, because she lived those values every single day and taught me that this work is about people first.
Even though so many of you are kind enough to tell me we already do a good job, I want you to know how deeply I care and how committed I am to serving you better every year, the way she taught me. This business has always been about integrity, love for others, and doing the right thing, and I will continue to honor her legacy by treating every client with respect, patience, and genuine care.
Thank you for trusting me (us) with something so important to you.
Love,
Madison ❤️
