Had the chance to talk money with 50 of my brothers a few weeks ago and man, they were LOCKED IN.

I’ll be honest, I think a lot of people expect financial conversations to be complicated. Charts, jargon, some strategy you need a finance degree to follow. That’s not what I gave them.

The foundation is simple. Know where your money’s going. Keep some cash set aside for when life hits. Protect the people who depend on you. Start investing and give it time to grow.

The plan was never the hard part. Starting, and sticking with it, is.

If even a handful of the men in that room put that into practice, I believe we’ll see families, businesses, and whole generations look different because of it.

Grateful for every brother they showed up and leaned in.
