🚨 Important Tax Season Announcement 🚨

We’ve noticed an increase in questions regarding paystubs and cash advances. Please let us make this very clear:

KD Professional Tax Service does NOT offer cash advances based on paystubs.

To prepare your tax return, you must provide your official W-2 form(s) along with any other required tax documents.
Paystubs are not acceptable for filing a tax return.

What other tax preparers do—or what you received in the past—has no bearing on how we operate.
We follow IRS rules and regulations and prepare returns accurately and legally, based solely on the documents you provide.

If you’re looking for shortcuts, we are not the office for that.
If you’re looking for accuracy, compliance, and professionalism, you’re in the right place.

Thank you for your understanding, and as always…

🎄 Happy Taxmas! 🥳

🚨 TAX SEASON PSA: Y’ALL ARE COUNTING YOURSELVES OUT FOR NO REASON 🚨

Every year folks talk themselves out of filing and every year the IRS keeps money y’all could’ve put in your pocket. Let’s fix that today because some of these myths gotta go IMMEDIATELY.

💥 1. “I didn’t make enough to file.”

Wrong. Low income does NOT block you. Some of the biggest refunds come from refundable credits meant for low-to-moderate income families.

💥 2. “I filed exempt so I can’t get a refund.”

False. Exempt only means no taxes were taken out. Credits still hit. EITC still hits. Child Tax Credit still hits. People who file exempt get refunds every single year.

💥 3. “I worked cash so I can’t file.”

Stop saying this. Cash workers file every season. Hair, nails, DoorDash, babysitting, cleaning, hustles all reportable income. If you kept no records for your business, we reconcile your earnings. You do NOT need a W-2 to file.

💥 4. “I only worked a little bit so it’s not worth filing.”

Another lie. A few checks, a seasonal job, part-time work if it’s earned income, you can file. And yes, some people still qualify for credits off low income.

💥 5. “Facebook said I don’t qualify.”

Facebook is not the IRS. Your refund is based on your actual income, dependents, credits, and filing status not someone else’s situation.

✨ THE REALITY

If you worked any job W-2, exempt, cash, side hustle, part-time you can still file. You may still qualify for a refund. You might be leaving money on the table if you don’t.

Don’t talk yourself out of money you actually qualify for. Let a real tax pro look at your numbers and tell you what’s real.
