1. The Child Tax Credit is higher this tax season due to new tax laws.

2. The standard deduction has increased due to inflation.

3. Many taxpayers had extra withholding taken from their paycheck due to law changes and the tax code withholding tables adjusting slower.

BOTTOM LINE: The refunds may be more this tax season but the INFLATION was bigger so it’s more like you are getting your money back for the cost of living being so high lately, but hey a win is a win 🏆🤷🏽‍♀️ we will take it & we will also ensure our clients get every red cent owed to them.
