🚗🏙️ Family Adventure in Philly! 🥪🥾

Hey there, friends! 🤗 The Booker family is back from an epic trip to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and we just had to share our incredible experience with all of you!

👪 Meet the crew: Mahogany, Clifton, and our little explorer Xilus! 🌟

🚙 Road Trip: We hit the road from DC to Philly, and let me tell you, it was one unforgettable ride! We drove through underwater tunnels, which was a new experience for native Texans, like Xilus! 🌊

🏡 A Special Connection: I lived in Philadelphia, aka Philly, with my grandmother when I was younger. So this trip was not only about exploring a new city but also revisiting my cherished memories! I was able to get Xilus t stand still for a moment to capture a picture of us on the same stairs I used to play on a a child in front of my grandmother's old house ❤️. I miss her!!!

🥪 Philly Cheesesteaks: Of course, we couldn't miss out on the legendary Philly cheesesteaks! We all headed to a local spot and indulged in these mouthwatering treats! 🤤

🥊 Running the Rocky Stairs: One of the highlights of our trip was visiting the iconic Rocky Stairs, where Sylvester Stallone filmed the legendary movie "Rocky." Clifton and Xilus took on the challenge and raced up those stairs while Mahogany captured the epic moment on video! 🏃‍♂️

💆‍♀️ Rest and Recuperation: I sat this one out due to a pesky headache, but I was the best cheerleader for the boys! 🎉

🌟 Little Explorer Xilus: Our son, Xilus, had an absolute blast on this trip! He soaked in the culture, history, and sights of Philly, and we know this adventure has enriched his perspective on the world! 🌎

📸🗽 Family Trip to Washington, D.C.! 🏛️🌟

Hey friends! 👋 We just had the most amazing family trip to Washington, D.C., and we couldn't wait to share our adventures with all of you! 🥰✨

📍 As many of you know, I hail from the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia areas, and I wanted to take Clifton and Xilus back to where I grew up and where my dad still lives. It was truly a heartwarming experience to revisit my childhood memories and create new ones with our little explorer, Xilus! 💕

👴💙 Spending time with Xilus' grandfather was such a special highlight of our trip. The bond they share is indescribable, and it brought tears of joy to our eyes, witnessing their precious moments together. Grandparents are truly a gift! 🎁

🏰 Our first stop was the amazing Children's Museum, where Xilus had an absolute blast exploring and learning through interactive exhibits. The joy and wonder on his face were priceless! 😄

🛴🏛️ But the real adventure started when we rode scooters downtown, soaking in the historical beauty of this iconic city. We cruised all the way from the monument to the Abraham Lincoln Memorial! 🛴🌆

🙏 Xilus standing in the same place where Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his historic "I have a dream" speech was a moment we'll cherish forever. It was a powerful reminder of the impact of dreams and the progress we've made since that remarkable day. 🗣️🌈

This morning workout learning how to be consistent with smaller amount of times but that’s my normal 2 to 3 hour workout sessions where I’d love to grind. Consistency over perfection small quick run and a stretch!! Have a great Thursday people!
