Victorious Business Solutions Fiscarion™ — strategic CFO advisory for multi-location healthcare operators, DSOs & growth-focused companies. Diagnose. Treat.

Thrive.™ Financial visibility, profitability clarity & KPI reporting built for leadership decisions. Victorious Business Solutions, LLC | The Business Doctor®
We are a fractional CFO advisory firm serving multi-location healthcare organizations, DSOs, franchise systems, and growth-stage businesses generating $350K and above. Our work is built on one core principle: Financial Foundation First™

Growing organizations don't struggle from lack of opportunity. They struggle because their financial infrastructure hasn't kept pace with their growth. We diagnose the gap and build the systems, clarity, and executive intelligence needed to close it. Our advisory services include financial diagnostics, KPI and performance reporting, executive dashboards, cash flow strategy, multi-location financial optimization, and CFO-level guidance — without the full-time overhead. Data → Decisions → Dollars™

When financial clarity is in place, confident leadership follows.

If a big purchase, a new location or a hiring commitment is on your desk before year-end, answer one question first:

What is each of your current locations actually making you?

The Fiscarion™ Workup answers it in 30 minutes. Bring your latest P&L and an aging report by location if you have one.

You'll know whether your numbers can support the decision, and if they can't, what's missing.

Multi-location healthcare or dental, three or more sites.

Why it matters: spending decisions are the hardest to undo, and they're the ones most often made from the group total.

If a decision is on your desk, DM me "WORKUP" to see whether a Workup is the right next step.

Does your group have a written rule for what counts as an underperforming location?

Not a feeling. A number, a target, and a date to look again.

A — Yes, written down and reviewed
B — Leadership has a sense of it
C — We know it when we see it
D — Never needed one

Why it matters: without a rule, a struggling site can stay on the books for years because no one ever had to decide.

A pattern with new locations:

The plan assumed the location would break even around month six. Month six came and went. Nobody went back to the plan, because the location was open, the team was hired, and everyone had moved on.

What usually happens:

→ The plan sits in one file, the actual results in another, and they never meet
→ A shortfall gets explained as "it takes time," but never measured
→ By the time the gap is obvious, the cash is already spent

Why it matters: a new location is one of the biggest bets you make. If you aren't checking it against the plan, you can't tell a slow start from a bad bet.

If you're planning to open in 2027, build the check into the plan before you sign the lease.

Every group has one: the location that's always about to turn the corner.

It's been two years. The new provider is ramping. The marketing is working. Everyone's hopeful, and the site keeps using up cash and attention.

The hope isn't the problem. The problem is that nobody ever defined "turning the corner":

→ Which number?
→ How high?
→ By when?

Why it matters: without answers, a struggling location never gets a decision date. It just gets another quarter, and another.

Writing it down doesn't mean closing the site. It means the conversation happens on purpose, not out of exhaustion.

Year-end spending gets decided fast and reviewed slowly.

Equipment before December 31. A hire to cover a busy Q1. A new lease. Each one makes sense on its own.

The habit that separates groups that grow well is asking the same question every time:

What will this location get back from this spend, and when?

Not the group. The location. Money approved for the group gets spent at one location, and that's where it pays off or doesn't.

Why it matters: spending that can't be tied to a return is how profitable groups end up cash-tight.

A simple rule: no spending request without a rough estimate of what the location gets back. The habit matters more than the precision.

A Fiscarion™ Workup is the right first step if:

→ You run three or more locations
→ Revenue is growing, but you can't say which sites make the money
→ Questions about payroll or provider pay take days to answer
→ A budget, a hire or a new location is coming in the next 90 days

It isn't the right step if you already have reports by location you trust and a regular leadership review. If that's you, I'll say so in the first five minutes.

30 minutes. No pitch.

Why it matters: the Workup gives you a straight answer before you commit time or money to anything bigger.

If that sounds like you, DM me "WORKUP" and we'll find out.

When did you last check what each provider costs you against what they bring in?

A — In the last 12 months
B — One to three years ago
C — When they were hired
D — Not formally

Why it matters: provider pay is usually your biggest cost. A deal that made sense when someone joined can stop making sense as their schedule, patients and procedures change, and nobody notices because nothing breaks.

Who owns the numbers at each of your locations?

Not the owner, not the accountant. Someone at or near the site who can explain why the month went the way it did.

A — Someone at every site
B — Some sites
C — It's all handled centrally
D — We're not set up that way

Why it matters: when no one at the location can explain the numbers, problems get explained late, by someone who wasn't there, and fixed later still.

A pattern in provider pay as groups grow:

The structure that worked for the first practice gets copied to every new hire and every acquisition.

But the new site has different patients, a different mix of insurance, and a different ramp-up. Same formula.

What follows:

→ At one site, providers are paid more than the site brings in
→ At another, providers bring in more than they're paid and start to look elsewhere
→ You see neither, because you're looking at the group total

Why it matters: you can overpay one team and lose another, and the total still looks fine.

Pay can be consistent. The results by site rarely are.

A pattern I see every budget season:

Every location gets the same growth target. Five percent, because that's what the group needs.

It feels fair. It isn't:

→ The site that's already full can't grow without hiring, so its five percent costs money
→ The site with open schedule can grow without adding anything, and gets the same target
→ The site that's struggling gets a number nobody believes, so nobody owns it

Why it matters: targets that ignore what each location can actually do get missed, and then nobody can say why.

Start with what each site can realistically do, then set the target.
