I had the privilege of visiting Mane Muse Studios and spending time with the incredible Ashley Arredondo Rodriguez. She gave me a tour of her beautiful new space, shared the story behind her journey, and I got to witness something truly special🫶not just a successful business, but a woman who pours her heart into making other women feel confident, beautiful, and valued.💕
As she shared her story, so much of it resonated with me.
Like Ashley, I’m a first-generation graduate. I know what it feels like to stand at the edge of something bigger than yourself, wondering if you’re capable, questioning if you’re enough, and feeling the fear that comes with taking a leap of faith. There isn’t always a blueprint when you’re the first. Sometimes all you have is a dream, determination, and the willingness to trust God one step at a time.
Her story is a beautiful reminder that growth rarely happens inside our comfort zone. It happens when we choose faith over fear, when we trust God’s timing over our own, and when we keep moving forward even when the path isn’t clear.
Walking through her studio, I didn’t just see a gorgeous business. I saw answered prayers, countless sacrifices, perseverance, and a legacy being built🔑not only for her daughter, but for every woman who walks through those doors.
Ashley, I am so incredibly proud of you. Thank you for opening your heart and sharing your story with me. Your courage, humility, and faith are inspiring, and I have no doubt God has amazing things ahead for you.
Here’s to cheering each other on, celebrating women who dare to dream, and remembering that sometimes the biggest blessings begin with one simple act of obedience: saying “yes” when God calls.
